Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Some items are made-to-order and require 5–10 business days to be created before shipment. This will always be noted in the product listing.

Shipping Origin
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California, USA.

Delivery Times
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT required by their country.

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Unpaid duties or fees

  • Packages returned or abandoned due to unpaid charges

DELIVERY ISSUES

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must:

  • Contact us within 36 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Requests made after 36 hours will not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept general returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Exceptions
We only review claims if an item is:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective

  • Incorrect due to our error

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 36 hours of delivery

  • You must include photo evidence

If you do not contact us within this timeframe, the order will be considered accepted.

Approved Returns
If your request is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions

  • You must ship the item back within 10 days of approval

  • Items must be returned in original condition

Once received, we may (at our discretion):

  • Replace the item

  • Issue store credit

  • Provide a refund

IMPORTANT PRODUCT NOTES

Made-to-Order Items
Items made specifically for your order are final sale and cannot be canceled once production begins.

Natural Materials
Some pieces are made from natural materials (such as coconut, stones, or other organic elements). Variations in color, shape, and size are natural and not considered defects.

Vintage Items
Vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of wear such as minor scratches, patina, or fading. These are part of the item’s character and are not considered flaws.

All vintage items are sold as-is and are final sale.

RETURNED / UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is:

  • Refused

  • Unclaimed

  • Returned due to incorrect address or unpaid customs

We are not responsible for the loss of the order.

If the package is returned to us:

  • Reshipping is available at the customer’s expense

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
